Enterprise Week

Well, I'm glad I got that last post off my chest. Look out for the inevitable future rantings around the subject of why women get one special day a year to be enterprising!

I thought I'd explain a bit about Enterprise Week and why we're supporting it at View from the Top Women's Network. It's happened annually in November for the past couple of years, and the aim is to encourage young people to consider starting their own business. Each day has its own theme and Wednesday is for Women. Obviously, not everyone at the View network qualifies as a youngster, but between us we've got a lot of experience of starting a business/working within business/helping people to start businesses and, I hope, plenty of ideas as to what would help someone (young or old) who wanted to start out today, so for Women's Enterprise Day I want to capture some inspired thoughts, ideas and suggestions that might just help the business women of the future.

If you can't make our event on the 15th, why not leave your contribution to the Wish List at this blog?
